On Friday, November 6th, 2026, we will meet for a meetup on the topic: **The 1956 Suez Crisis (מבצע קדש)** **The session will be led by Nikos Sotirakopoulos** Dr. Nikos Sotirakopoulos is a writer and scholar specializing in the history of ideas, collectivist movements, and identity politics. A former UK academic, he is the author of The Rise of Lifestyle Activism and Identity Politics and Tribalism. ***This meetup is open to the general public and does not require prior knowledge in Objectivism.*** **Schedule:** 10:45–11:15 – Gathering 11:15–12:45 – Discussion 12:45 – After-meetup: grabbing food and drinks at Sarona Market and returning to WeWork for mingling The discussion will start and end on time. Please arrive punctually and refrain from eating during the discussion. Across from the restaurant “Mexicana” there is a door to a stairwell. Go up to the 3rd floor and ring Iyar Raichel (050-5210025) to open the door. You may also write in the meetup WhatsApp group. You can arrive via the light rail – Yehudit Station. For those arriving by car, recommended parking is at “Platinum Parking” (appears in Waze) at a cost of 20 NIS. Other parking lots will be more expensive. You may also park at “Millennium Parking,” slightly farther away, for 10 NIS using the Central Park app. After the meetup, we will continue spending time at the WeWork space. It is customary to buy food at the market downstairs and return to eat in the WeWork area.
